Customer Service and car rental service including all associated duties like check out and check in of the cars and all administrative day-to-day duties.
Ensuring the delivery of first class service to all our customers maximising revenue through the sale of products, service.
Promote the sale of ancillary products as instructed, optimise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimise usage of the assets of the branch.
KEY-RESULTS AREAS
Customer service and support (provide information about price, cars, products, locations etc.)
Customer care during rental process
Emphasis on selling and revenue maximisation on core products and meet the assigned key performance indicators.
Plan and monitor so that required tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Drive sales of ancillary products and maximise revenue growth according to the assigned key performance indicators.
Manages one single brand.
Reservation processing.
Ensure that all rentals, re-rents, reservations and quotations are completed in accordance with Firefly Procedures and policies.
Collaborates with the Team, locations and maintenance to maximize utilization minimising idle time
Manages simple car groups
Check in process on returning the car, check out cars
Action overdues daily and ensure follow up is in accordance with correct FireFly procedure
Car delivering
Ensure that rental, security, control of Company assets and Health and Safety procedures are met and adhered to.
Provides outstanding customer service dealing with every customer’s requirement, handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions escalating to the management as per procedure.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Only operates in airports
Contributes actively to keep a good working environment
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional Experience:
Customer service and/or sales experience required, ideally in the car rental or tourism industry.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADESPRINCIPALES.

REQUISITOS

This position will be based in Madrid HQ.
Fleet Acquisition Director will be responsible for developing and executing a Fleet Acquisition Plan for a specific country to meet the requirements of the country demand forecast. FAD will be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions with all vehicle suppliers whilst meeting customer requirements and achieving the business plan fleet cost targets. FAD will be responsible for developing multiple supplier channels (new and used) to ensure that our sourcing channels are not limited and to OEMs and are capable of supporting Hertz’s multi-brand rental strategy.
KEY RESULTS AREA
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a country specific Fleet Acquisition plan which will achieve the BP PACE targets, and not jeopardise downstream car sales revenues
• Work directly with external partners (OEMs, Large Dealership Groups, Leasing Companies and Vehicle Auctions) to develop a diverse range of sourcing channels ranging from long/medium term sourcing through to spot deals as required to meet the demand
• Develop external partnerships to enable co-marketing activities to support Hertz collections
• Conduct supplier reviews to identify supply chain efficiencies and to manage contracts/SLAs
• Increase Fleet Administration efficiency with accurate data (OPE, VPS, NVS and contracts) and encourage suppliers to adopt e-invoicing/purchase orders

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

FLEET ANALYST MADRID IN LAS ROZAS (Madrid), Spain
FUNCIONES
Due to a recent promotion we have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Analyst. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager the Fleet Analyst will be responsible for Infleet&Defleet administrative and operational tasks, fleet accounting management and analysis and month end.
THE ROLE: TAKING THE WHEEL AT HERTZ
• Fleet Agreement preparation ( agreements information, timing and specifications)
• Fleet models definition, creation and uploading into systems and full communication to the departments involved in the rental processes the company
• In fleet process follow up and coordination ( incidences resolution)
